Cleaning of the liver with grapes starts with going shopping – to select the right grapes. This is very important because to find unsprayed grapes with no added sulfur dioxide today – is not easy.
Do not buy very bright, yellowish grapes. Their bright colors are just a result of the treatment of sulfur dioxide or, at best, a violation of the rules while drying. Do not buy either the “great” raisins, because they are also chemically treated. Quality, organic raisins without chemistry are dull, wrinkled, not too soft, but not hard. The grapes must be preserved intact.
Cleaning the liver with grapes – recipe
In the morning, soak half a cup of grapes for 15 minutes in warm water, and then rinse them thoroughly under running water. Put the washed grapes in a glass and fill it with boiled water on room temperature up to the top. And leave it until the next morning.
The next morning, on an empty stomach, drink the water and eat the grapes. Lie in bed for an hour or two and put a warm compress (hot water bottle) on the right side of the abdomen.
This procedure should be conducted once a week (4 times a month).
