FERNA Pandan Flavored Gelatine with Sugar-Free Panna Cotta

FERNA Pandan Flavored Gelatine with Sugar-Free Panna Cotta

Ingredients: 

 

Panna Cotta:

Fresh Milk, ½ cup

Heavy Cream, 1 cup

Ferna Unflavored Gelatine, 1 tbsp

Ferna Vanilla Clear, 1 tsp

Sucramia, 12 sachets

 

Pandan Gelatine:

Ferna Pandan Flavored Gelatine, 100g

Hot Water, 1 cup

Cold water, 1 cup

 

 

Procedure: 

1.     Dissolve pandan flavored gelatine into hot water then add cold water.

2.     Pour into serving glasses until half-full. Refrigerate until set.

3.     In a saucepan, simmer all ingredients together for the panna cotta. Cool completely before pouring into prepared pandan flavored gelatine until serving glasses are almost full.

4.     Refrigerate again to set.

5.     Decorate as desired.

FERNA Buko Pandan Salad

Ingredients: 

 

Ferna Buko Pandan Jelly Gulaman, 1 pack

Water, 300 ml

Fresh Grated Coconut, 1 cup

Frosty Boy Whipping Cream Powder, ½ cup

Cold Water, ½ cup

Condensed Milk, ½ cup

 

 

Procedure: 

1.    Cook jelly gulaman according to its package direction. Set aside.

2.     Once set, slice into cubes.

3.    In a mixing bowl, combine cream powder and cold water. Whip until medium peaks formed.

4.     Fold in together whipped cream and condensed milk

5.     Add grated coconut and cubed buko pandan jelly gulaman.

6.     Refrigerate before serving.
