– 1 Kilo of Apple
– Drinking Water
– 3 Tablespoon of Sugar
– 1 Piece of Cloth
– Large Glass Container

The preparation is simple. In a large glass container, put the peeled apples with sugar and water covering it. Cover the brim of the container with a clean cloth or with its own cap. Store it in a dark place at a temperature of 15 to 26 degrees for 5 to 6 weeks.

The apples will be fermented after weeks of storing. After that time, you can pour it into another glass and let it sit for 2 to 3 days more. You can now try your own homemade apple cider vinegar and taste its acidity if will fit your taste buds.
