Sometimes you’ve gotta break the rules and stand apart, ignore your head and follow your heart. But then, such action will play a critical part. Following heart alone is not enough. To have a good decisions, both head and heart must be used especially when we are talking about love and trust.
Love has no specific definition. It has many forms. It connects with our hearts. And love is the feeling which can be felt when it comes or lost. Each relationship has its own unique form of love. But many people misused the word “love”. We misinterpret love with possessiveness and jealousy simply because we don’t have trust .
“I trust you” is a better compliment than “I love you” because you may not always trust the one you love, but believe me, you can always love the person you trust for the rest of your life.
There are many kinds of relationship in our life and in this world like – a relationship between husband and wife, friends, parents and children, brothers and sisters, classmates, workmates and even neighbors. It’s easy to make a relationship but to establish a long lasting relationship is so difficult without the spirit of trust.
We always believe that love conquers all, but the truth is, it is trust that implied value of a relationship. Trust pushes us to believe that we can and will conquer every hindrance. Love is the overshadowing concept of overcoming whatever difficulties comes our way, but it is trust that keeps everything together. It serves as a bond to every gap and difference.
Trust precedes love and love is built on trust. Every relationship must anchored on our ability to be open and share ourselves with others to make it stronger and stable.
When we give our time, we are giving a portion of our life that we will never get back. And that time must not be taken for granted and must be protected with trust because when we lose trust, love stumbles.
Once trust is broken, it is hard to rebuild again. A lot of effort and a lot of time to recover. Once broken, glass shatters into countless pieces, and it can scatter far and wide beyond the initial breaking point. You can pick up a broken glasses but you will never repair to its original form. You have no idea how far all the pieces have scattered or how long it will take you to pick them up. How do you even begin to clean up such a mess? It’s hard to trust another person after you’ve been betrayed by the ‘one’ you trusted the most. You didn’t do anything wrong, they’re just an untrustworthy person. Isn’t it stupid for trusting them again?
Losing trust is the first step of losing love. We can not continue loving to ensure that trust is safe. Don’t trust people whose feelings change with time. Trust people whose feelings remain the same, even when the time changes. In true love, we give respect and freedom because of trust and in return, respect must be given back to our trust.
Trust what makes us love again!
